TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS

Customers ordering Reproduction Tax Discs may not cancel their order as these products are personalised goods.

Earlswood Reproduction Ltd will only exchange, free of charge, a Tax disc that has been incorrectly filled, out due to our error.

No free exchanges of Tax Discs will be possible if the customer supplies incorrect information to us to complete the Tax Disc.

Earlswood Reproduction Ltd will only replace a Tax Disc, once the incorrect Tax Disc has been returned to the company.

PRICE

The prices of all products remains valid until 31 December 2004.

DELIVERY

Earlswood Reproduction Ltd undertakes to deliver all orders within 30 days, from receipt of order.
If all the required details are supplied correctly, orders are normally despatched within 48 hours.

If for any unseen circumstances Earlswood Reproduction Ltd is unable to deliver within 30 days, we will inform the customer before the deadline expires and the customer can either have a refund or agree a revised delivery date.

CARRIAGE

Our carriage prices will include standard 1st class postage within the UK and Air Mail for non-UK customers, unless otherwise agreed and paid for by the customer.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

All statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this agreement.

JURISDICTION

English Law and the exclusive Court jurisdiction of the English Courts will apply to all contracts. The Vienna Convention on contracts for the International Sale of Goods, is excluded.

ORDERS

Earlswood Reproduction Ltd will accept orders by telephone, fax, order form, letter, e-mail or via our web site.
However Earlswood Reproduction Ltd takes no responsibility for errors on Tax Disc orders taken over the Telephone.
