Classic Motorcycle Safety Posters

Government concerns about the increasing number of motorcycle accidents in the 1950s led to the launch of a nationwide road safety poster campaign led by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA).

First displayed in coffee bars and other motorcyclists' hangouts during 1957, these posters illustrated by Roland Davies have been reprinted in full colour using authentic period poster paper and measure 20” by 30”.
